Is paper trading a good way to learn how to trade?
Asked 4 years ago
I've learnt that there are different ways to paper trade. There's a pen and paper method, the spreadsheet method, and virtual trading. I'm leaning towards a trading platform simulator because I feel it would be more realistic. But, I figured to check in here first. How did you learn and which do you recommend?

Virtual trading is good, you can trade with all the real-time market conditions except that you won't be using real money, but paper money. It is a good way to learn trading strategies without all the psychological and emotional stress that comes along with staking real money in a trade. You can virtual trade on Investopedia, Fidelity, Sensibull etc.
