How do I choose the best small stocks for getting a sense of market trends and short-term trading?

Asked 4 years ago

Which stocks are good for short-term trading and allow me to learn the market trends? I'm starting with a very small investment, $50 to be precise.

In general, the idea of buying shares with a low price to make first experiences with the stock market is a very good idea.

Ideal are of course shares that are worth between 5.00 - 10.00 euros. However, it is not very easy to find really cheap shares for the first trades. Not only that they must be correspondingly low in the current price, they should also have very good prospects to rise again as soon as possible correspondingly strong in the price. If you want to buy cheap stocks for your first trades, you should pay attention to the fact that the company has a corresponding seriousness and stability. An oil company from Venezuela or Nigeria is therefore not necessarily the first choice. But even if you discover interesting companies from Europe, China or the USA you should try to inform yourself comprehensively about the company. If you can't find any info then better leave it alone and keep searching.
