When is the best time to use live chat on eToro?

If there is one thing I find unclear, it's what times the customer support team is operating. I've sent messages on the live chat before, but they take forever to reply. So, in your experience, if I want an instant reply, when would you recommend I contact them? Thanks in advance.

The live chat is available for every user with a registered E-mail address for 24hrs, Monday to Friday. There is no best time to send a message. You may get a quick response or may have to wait for some hours or days, depending on the number of questions they have to attend to.
