When is it best to contact eToro customer support?

Hi, For efficiency's sake, when are the best times to contact them? On which days and times will I get better response times through eToro's live chat? Thanks.

According to the eToro help page, the customer service support center operates 24 hours a day, five days a week. However, it can take up to 48 hours to respond. This seemingly applies for telephone and email.

The company also notes that contacting its agents by chat is a good option because it is faster and the issues can be resolved on the spot.
