Do you find eToro's live chat support helpful?

Hi guys I've contacted support using the live chat option, but I haven't found it particularly helpful. Maybe I'm contacting them at the wrong time? How has your experience been? Looking for some clarity, thanks.

eToro live chat is alright, but it hasn't been that great in recent time. Many people have complained about the lack of response in time during the live chat. Nowadays, they could take days and even two weeks to get back to you and answer your queries, which they have even mentioned on their website.
If you're struggling with eToro, I'd suggest you try Fortrade instead.
