Which customer support contact method on eToro is better?

Hi y'all Would you suggest I open a ticket on eToro or contact them on live chat? I'm looking for the method that has the best response time. Thanks in advance.

Like other companies, the telephone or email customer service support line might be a long wait or you could receive a response up to 48 hours.
So, perhaps the online live chat feature is the superior option.
On the Help Page, eToro even recommends to contact its agents through the live chat feature because the problem could be resolved quickly and on the spot.
