eToro customer support: No response to tickets?

I'm struggling with the funds in my account, but no matter how many tickets I open, customer support is absolutely dead. How long does it take eToro to respond? Is there a way I can complain? Experienced opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's true that eToro support system hasn't been great, especially in recent months. They have mentioned on their site that a response could take two weeks, so it would be frustrating if you have an urgent enquiry. In that case, you can't do much but wait. However, you can check their help section, where you might find the answer of your query.

First, you should check your submissions in the customer service centre and track your tickets there. You can determine if there has been any response once you have lodged an official complaint.
It should be noted that the eToro customer service centre has requested that users do not keep reopening tickets due to the massive inflow of tickets.
Now, your best option should be to try out the cat function on eToro. Or, you could always contact them through their social media channels on Facebook and Twitter since they usually respond to user complaints on these venues.
And, yes, you are not the only one to have difficulties with customer service inquiries.
