Which dividend ETFs do you recommend a “set it and forget it” approach?
Asked 5 years ago
Does anyone prefer buying a dividend ETF and just “set it and forget it”? I'm looking to invest in something like VIG, VYM, or SCHD? Thanks.

The Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF is definitely a good option for this approach to investing.
Here are three other ETFs that should be on your list for this kind of long-term trading:
Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund ETF (VTI)
- 06/29: $222.81
- YTD: +15%
- Yield: 1.3%
- Top Holdings: Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, and Alphabet
*I would wait for a dip to begin getting involved in this security.
Global X SuperDividend U.S. ETF (DIV)
- 06/29: $19.89
- YTD: +22.55%
- Yield: 5.89%
- Top Holdings: Holly Energy Partners, Iron Mountain, Cogent Communications Holdings, Hawaiian Electric Industries, and CubeSmart
Invesco High Yield Equity Dividend Achievers ETF (PEY)
- 06/29: $20.52
- YTD: +22.48%
- Yield: +3.57%
- Top Holdings: ONEOK, Altria Group, AT&T, PPL Corp, and Exxon Mobil
