Should I invest in NIO?
Asked 4 years ago
I'm thinking of investing in NIO, however, I would like more opinions before jumping in.

It's a definite yes from me. NIO has been steadily showing a massive increase in sales, sometimes quarters around 400-500% more than last year's quarter. Even though the competition is becoming stronger (Volkswagen and Tesla are doing well with EVs), I still think NIO is a great choice. Based on many experts' opinion, EV sales are expected to grow around 50% in 2021.
If you aren't 100% sure about investing in NIO, Renault, Peugeot, Tesla, and Seat are a great option (consider diversifying your portfolio). These companies are also showing some promise with EVs, so consider doing a bit more research before committing all your eggs in one basket. All in all, I think NIO is a good long-term hold, but analyze a bit more before committing fully.

I would definitely be interested in NIO.
Although currently, I hold no position, it would tickle my interest if it happens to dip to about 33 or 32 price point.
I feel that level would be a price discount that should see price rally.
Besides chart analysis though, the company itself seems viable. Electric vehicles investment are certainly attractive these days as the automobile industry is looking to move away from carbon dependent vehicles and into cleaner energy sources.
I'd certainly be looking out for their financial report to be released April 29, 2021.
If I see positive indicators, this should influence me further.
Also, with Tesla stock becoming expensive with time, I feel this would compete for investor interest in the near term.
