How to Pass Estate Investments to Your Heir and Prevent Them From Blowing it?
Passing inheritance to your heir and preventing them from blowing the wealth

One of the best ways of ensuring that your loved ones don’t blow their inheritance after your demise is by starting to prepare them for inheritance from an early stage. Many people may not be ready to handle a significant inheritance due to a variety of reasons.
They could be financially immature and unable to budget their money. They could be involved in an unhealthy relationship with little say or control over their financial matters. They could have addiction issues and be unable to cope - or they could simply be too young. Providing a large sum of money to an heir in any of these scenarios could have disastrous results.
I’d consider appointing a trustworthy trustee, as they play a critical role because they are in control of how and when the beneficiary receives money.
Also, I would go with a life insurance strategy, as they would get money every time they hit a milestone, such as getting into college, getting married, and getting their kids born. I'm sure they would be very fond of me every time my money hits them.
Finally, I believe that to prevent any unwanted actions by your heir, the most important thing is to teach them value from a young age. Try to teach your kids how to make wise financial decisions even in the daily based ones.
