Is there a platform that doesn't have tax or less than 3% tax on US stocks?

I don't think there are platforms that have such low or no taxes. However, Robinhood could be a great option to choose from. To lower your taxes, you can do certain things like avoiding selling stock too soon and keep it at least 52 weeks. Also, don't sell the fractional stock with a big profit or you might be taxed big.
