Difference between a social trading network and a regular trading platform?
Asked 4 years ago
I'm confused. In both of these networks or platforms, trading takes place. What's the difference between the two, then? Please enlighten me.

Yes, trading takes place on both platforms, but in social trading, a beginner is paired with a more experienced trader. The beginner copies the moves of the experienced trader and gets almost the same results. Social trading is a good way for beginners to learn trading strategies. In normal trading, the trader just trades without copying moves from anyone.

A social trading network allows investors to connect with other traders and share their stock, ETF, or commodity information.
The primary advantage is that you are not forced to make financial decisions on your own, and you can learn from the informed opinions of others. This will also help you avoid bad habits like buy high - sell low.
Through a network of logins, members can access consumer stocks, foreign exchanges trades, futures trading shares in financial instruments without carrying out any action directly themselves; instead, they are sharing their trade knowledge with each other to find the best deals.
People have reported seeing larger profits through these networks when used correctly than they would if they invested on their own and played a stock market game for fun! They're often easier, faster and more fun than buying stocks online!
A regular trading platform is just an online forum for individual investors to buy or sell stocks and other investments.
