What is the Boglehead strategy?
Asked 3 years ago
I tried looking up how to optimize my investments when I stumbled upon something called a Boglehead investment strategy and something to do with a three-fund portfolio strategy? Huh? Can someone please explain this to me?

In summary, the Boglehead strategy is composed of five pillars.
- The first pillar involves saving a lot.
- The second pillar involves selecting an asset allocation containing both stock and bond asset classes.
- The third pillar involves buying low-cost, widely diversified funds.
- The fourth pillar involves allocating funds tax-efficiently.
- Finally, the fifth pillar involves staying the course and not jumping in and out of investments at the wrong time.
