What is a scalping trading strategy?
Asked 4 years ago
Hi Can someone please explain to me what a scalping strategy is using laymen's terms? I've tried researching and watched videos, but it all just seems to go over my head. Also, if you could recommend some scalping strategies, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

In Scalping, the trader does not wait for the market to make a lot of movements. The trader only cares about what is going to happen next, not the result at the end of the day. For example, trader A enters stock 1 and exits after a little rise; enters stock 2 and exits after a little rise; enters stock 3 and stock 3 dips, he exits immediately and doesn't wait for it to come up before taking an action.

A trading strategy is a great trading option, especially if you are a beginner. It essentially means making profits with small changes in price and making a quick profit by reselling. The exit strategy while doing scalping strategies should be strict because if you suffer a big loss then all the small profits won't mean anything. Some best trading platforms for scalping are Zerodha, Angel Broking, and IIFL.
