If you are a beginner it isn´t always easy to get some success out of stock trading. There are plenty of broker platforms that all offer a wide range of stocks, but what kind of stock is the best for beginners when they try to make the first steps in stock trading.
First of all, it would be best for a beginner not to invest a great amount of money. So as a trader with little experience and a small budget you have two choices: You can either choose a small amount of high-rated stocks (mostly not more than one or two), or you can buy low-rated stocks. If you choose the latter, you can buy a greater quantity of stocks from various companies. This gives you the advantage of much better risk diversification. Also, before you are going to buy stocks you should check if there are any low-rated stocks that are placed in a niche that is actually of high economic or political interest. For example renewable energy, mobility, AI, or other stuff.
Also, you should consider only buying stock where it's possible to get valuable pieces of information. Buying stocks from companies without certain pieces of information is mostly financial suicide.
