Any person that is part of the silver club on Etoro that has access to the 24/7 live chat? How is the response time?

The response might take a while, sometimes about 3-4 days. This is because of the high number of questions they have to attend to daily. They had to limit live chat to just silver tier and above members recently because of the large influx of new users and the current trading conditions.
