Do open market orders expire in Forex?
Asked 4 years ago
Hey guys, how long can you keep a Forex order open? I have a couple of orders that are open and I'm too concerned to go to bed because I don't know if they will expire. How long can you keep market orders open? Do they only last for a certain amount of time?

There is no limit to how long you can keep a trade open. You can hold your position for as long as you want. However, when taking trades, you should set appropriate stop losses and limit orders that can automatically close the trade for you if things are not going as planned in order to avoid losses.
