Are there brokers for penny and OTC stocks with no minimum deposit?

Hi, I'm looking to open a trading account and trade with OTC/Penny stocks. However, all the deposit limits are more than what I currently have. Are there any brokers that either don't have a minimum deposit or a very small amount?
