Why do you feel Public and Webull are better than Robinhood?

Do they offer penny stocks? Which ones are better?

No, they don't offer penny stocks. Robinhood might have a very easy interface but its customer service is relatively poor. If you are a professional, you will prefer Webull. Their system uses a candlestick chart, and provides more technical data. Their major disadvantage is that they don't offer fractional shares unlike Public and Robinhood.
