I am looking for the best-known traders to follow on Twitter. Who here get their stock trading signals from a provider on social media? Are there any other signal-sharing platforms you can recommend?

It's a difficult question, and the answer will have to be personalized for you.
Some traders offer stock trading signals as part of their business model, but these traders can vary in where they get their trade information from and what kind of signal updates they provide.
There isn't really a "best trader" for everyone since every person has different needs regarding how often to order trades. 
Whether or not they use live data feeds, if there are any time constraints such as periods during which trading is prohibited in the country where the individual resides due to legal requirements (e.g., insider trading restrictions), and so on.
