How do I know when to buy and when to sell a stock?

Should I buy when it dips 10% and sell after 20%? Do you do a certain percentage or just an educated guess? is it like "buy when it dips 10% sell after 20%" or something? That's where I struggle.

Generally, buy stocks when there is a dip, then wait for a while for stocks to go up some percents before selling. The exact moment to buy in the dip or sell when there is a rise depends on you. Some persons are risks takers and will play the long game. Develop your strategy and stick with it.
