How do you handle the thought of your copiers losing money?
Asked 4 years ago
I have had copiers before, and they left when I had a bad month. The month was bad because I felt a bit of pressure to make sure their money was safe, which, without thinking about it, made me change my style completely (which failed.) I now have another copier and don't want to repeat the scenario. My style is naturally high risk, and I am not afraid to dump huge volumes of stocks to take up a position in an index if I believe it will rebound. This, of course, leads to above-average drawdowns and currently bigger rebounds. Do you guys ignore thinking about your copiers and carry on with business or usual, or are you naturally more cautious when you are being copied? Thanks in advance :)

From the various surveys and reports completed, it is estimated that two-thirds of copiers lose money on trading platforms. But why?
This is not the fault of the person or company they copy. The problem is that the copiers make the same mistakes as every other amateur trader: impatient, zero effort regarding due diligence, and unrealistic expectations.
Indeed, if you have a great track record, there should be zero concern about the copiers at this point.
