How can I download and install MetaTrader 4 for PC?

I see that there is an MT4 app for android on the Google play store but I also want to have it installed and usable from my PC. Any help?

To install metatrader 4 on PC
1. Click the link below to download metatrader 4
2. Carefully read the license agreement
3. Select installation path
4. Click OK and your installation will start. Additional file may be downloaded and installed to your PC
5. You can now run you metatrader app and login
