How do I sell a stop limit order?

I read that I could sell a stop-limit order. How do I do so? Is it possible to sell them automatically?

Stop-limit: A sell stop-limit is a limit order to sell if the security's price drops below, or falls through, the stop price.
A sell stop-limit order has two prices: the stop price, which activates the limit order to sell, and the limit price, which sets a buyer's minimum offer at $0 per share.
You can place a sell stop-limit order to instruct the market maker to sell your shares if the price drops below your stop price or below, but only if you can earn a specific dollar amount or more per share.
However, because the limit order to sell may not be executed, many traders believe that a stop-limit order isn't efficient to reduce risk on the sell-side.
When you place a sell stop-limit order, make sure the stop and limit prices are below the current bid price; otherwise, the order might be immediately triggered.
