How can I buy penny and OTC stocks without a broker?

Hi everyone, I'm interested in cutting out the middle man. Is it possible for me to buy and trade stocks online with no broker?

Many websites offer no-frills services for making purchases and paying fees for those looking to buy penny stocks without a live broker.
For example, you can open an account with the smallest deposit possible to make trades on your own accord with ETrade.
TD Ameritrade also offers a similar service by setting up accounts through small deposits requiring small amounts of initial funds.
