What is the CTRM stock forecast?

I've bought a dozen CTRM stocks back in January 2021, shortly after the beginning of the new. And I've actually had some pretty amazing returns since then, as I'm currently at a 300% return. Some experts I've been watching say that CTRM will have a big crash in the future. What are your opinions?

CTRM is about to double its share count.
For over two years, the book value per share has gone down close to 100%.
The outlook doesn't look positive as the CEO retains most of the votes.
Plus, shareholders might not get their money back. These issues make CTRM a gamble.
