Is ZOM a good long-term investment stock?

Where do you recommend I buy ZOM, and should I buy or sell it soon afterwards?

After looking at the trading volumes and its performance this year, the only question that can be asked is: Is this another meme stock?
Zomedica Corp. has promise and its diagnostic biosensor platform for the detection of thyroid disorders in dogs and cats is certainly interesting.
The financials and recent performance do not look good. The highest it has traded at during its time going public was just below $3. Since then, and before the Reddit-fueled frenzy, ZOM has mostly been a penny stock. Its earnings have also been abysmal, although it does have two "Buy" ratings from analysts monitoring the security.
While it does make a good meme bet, it has yet to capitalize on its potential after all these years.
As a long-term investment, you are better off looking at alternative vet stocks.
