Does eToro have the Pattern Day Trading (PDT) Rule?

If I use eToro, how susceptible will I be to the PDT rule if I make multiple trades in my margin account over a few days?

eToro is an international broker but are now a member of FINRA, so if you pay the US Federal Tax, the pattern day trading rule will apply to you. According to the FINRA rules, a pattern day trader "can trade up to four times the maintainance margin excess in the account as of the close of business of the previous day"
