Should I buy Ethereum on Wealth Simple?

Has anyone bought Ethereum on Wealth Simple? I already have 0.65 at a good average price. Planning to own at least 1 to 1.5 by this year. Do you think this be a good idea? I'll deposit $250 every 3 days(WS' instant deposit) so I could get a better average price if in case it goes down a bit? Or should I just do a once-off big buy? ETH looks like it's not going to drop under 3k CAD, but of course, we never know for sure.

Buying bitcoin and ethereum is the latest option from WealthSimple, in addition to purchasing stocks. You can buy an entire token or you can purchase fractions. It is entirely up to you.
If you already buy and sell shares, as well as hold other investments on the broader platform, you might as well keep it all in the same house. to make your trading life a bit easier.
You can also buy Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on WS, such as the Purpose Ether ETF (ETHH.TO).

In addition to investing in equities, WealthSimple now offers clients the option to purchase bitcoin and Ethereum. You can buy a whole token or fractional amounts. It is entirely your choice.
If you already do all of this on the platform, there's no need to move everything to a different account.
You may also purchase Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on WS, such as the Purpose Ether ETF (ETHH.TO).
How long does it take for the risk score in my Invest account to change?
When you modify your risk score, it will immediately show in your account. However, it will take up to 3 business days for your portfolio to be updated with the new risk score — and during this time, the value of your account may fluctuate.
Changes in risk scores require the approval of a member of our portfolio management team. For example, if you're increasing the level of risk, you're taking by moving from a Conservative to a Growth portfolio.
In the rare circumstances where we decide to honor your request, a team member will quickly approve it or follow up within 1 business day if they require more information. 
It will take 3 business days for us to update the value of your account to reflect the new risk score after they have approved your request.
