What is the best way to buy bitcoin?
Asked 4 years ago
I'm looking to buy some cryptos, with bitcoin consisting of the majority of my portfolio. After googling a bit, I'm really not sure what's the best way to bitcoin? I'd like to go for something with minimal fees, but still a stable platform. Coinbase and Binance are the first ones that come to mind, what do you think?

The most reliable way to buy and sell bitcoin is by signing up to the Coinbase platform. If you wish to diversify, you can buy more than just bitcoin on the company.
Plus, Coinbase is the premier crypto website for its infrastructure.
If you want to get involved in bitcoin investing, you can look into Canadian investment funds that sell access to both bitcoin and Ethereum.
Here are some of the first North American BTC ETFs:
Purpose Bitcoin CAD ETF Non-Currency Hedged (BTCC.B)
Purpose Bitcoin CAD ETF Currency Hedged (BTCC)
Purpose Bitcoin USD ETF Non-Currency Hedged (BTCC.U)
CI Galaxy Ethereum ETF (ETHX-B.TO)
The Bitcoin Fund (QBTC)
The Ether Fund (QETH.UN)
In the U.S., the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is reportedly working on a plethora of BTC fund requests, so it is only a matter of time before they come to America.
