What's your general outlook on Pfizer ($PFE) as a stock to purchase?

What's your general outlook on Pfizer ($PFE) as a stock? Clearly, as a company, it's stable, as well are the dividends. I'm just thinking about the future growth of the stock, especially once everything concerning the COVID vaccines is settled. I have a decent position in $PFE, and love their addition to my portfolio, especially because I have faith in their future. I'm just trying to think beyond dividends to determine whether it's worth keeping. I've got a good 20 years or so of investing ahead of me.

Of all the pharmaceutical companies, Pfizer is the best stock to add to your portfolio. Plus, at the price it is trading at (<$40), the quarterly dividend is quite attractive (around $0.39).
The Wall Street consensus is in between "Buy" and "Hold." Pfizer has beaten three of the last four quarterly forecasts. Its revenues have remained above $40 billion.
If there is a COVID-19 booster shot, this would be permanent revenues for Pfizer.
