Does Fidelity Trading Platform have pie chart features?
Asked 3 years ago
I like M1 Finance because of their “pies” feature. It's easy and convenient to work with. For example: Let’s say you have 5 ETFs that you like. You put those 5 ETFs in your pie. You put $100 a week into the pie and set your allocation, and it invests based on that. I opened up a Fidelity account on a more serious note, but I'm wondering how I can go about mimicking something like the pie chart feature M1 has? An idea: Let’s say I pick those same 5 ETFs. Would I just divide that $100 myself into 5 ETFs and buy fractional shares that way? So 100/5 = $20. So I would put $20 into QQQJ, $20 into ARKK, etc.? Some opinions would be great, thanks!

Two things.
First, Fidelity has estalished its own suite of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds that are established and designed similarly to pies.
Second, pies can be created by individual clients, tailored to their needs. However, Fidelity does not possess automatic rebalancing, like M1 Finance, unless you have annuities.
That said, you could always select a Fidelity target date fund.
