As a U.S. citizen, can I use Kucoin Cryptocurrency exchange to invest?

No, Kucoin is unregulated in the US, it was breached in September 2020 and there are a lot of negative reviews of the cryptocurrency exchange. However, Kucoin have a lot of advantages over many regulated crypto exchanges. You might be tempted to use Kucoin in the US, but you would have to do that without KYC verification. This means you'd have restrictions on how much you could withdraw.
