How do I transfer cryptocurrency coins from eToro to Binance?

I'm changing platforms, and I need to transfer all my coins. At least, I hope I can. Do I move them into an e-wallet first, or can I do a direct transfer? Thanks for your help.

To transfer money directly from eToro to Binance, log into your etoro money app. On the crypto tab, click the crypto currency you wish to transfer and click "send", enter amount and the recipient address and click "send". You have to log in to your Binance account to get the recipient address. Make sure you use the address of the crypto you wish to receive.
