Does Fidelity trade over-the-counter (OTC) stocks, and what are the fees attached to this? Do you know if Fidelity has a day trade counter?

Yes, Fidelity allows its clients to buy and trade over-the-counter (penny) stocks. You have close to 1,000 stocks to choose from in the pink sheets system.
Fidelity does not charge any fees for OTC/penny stock commissions, large order surcharges, or ECN costs.
Also, there are no additional account requirements like other trading platforms that may slap limits and restrictions.

Yes, Fidelity traders have access to the over-the-counter market. The broker's stock screener can search for penny stocks that trade on OTC exchanges and are only available on the over-the-counter market.
The program creates 940 OTC equities. Many sorts can be applied to the data, including volatility and price.
Fidelity does not charge anything extra for penny stocks, and there are no special account demands. Fidelity has a warning on its website about the dangers of the OTC market, and traders should be fully aware of the inherent risks.
