Asked 4 years ago
Is anyone investing in Ark ETF’s? I want to know which one's I should invest in, if it is worth it and if they pay dividends.

The top-performing Ark ETFs as of today in order of returns are the ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW), the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG), the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK), the ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) and the ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ).
Before investing in ARK ETFs, you should know that past performance is not always an indicator of future stock market performance. The impressive performance posted by ARK ETFs in 2020 was driven by popular growth stocks such as Tesla and Square that have since pulled back.
In your question, you said that you were waiting for ARK's Space Exploration & Innovation ETF (ARKX), which launched on March 30, 2021, and has seen inflows of almost $1 billion. However, concerns have been raised about the ETF holding a significant stake in ARK's 3D Printing ETF (PRNT) and excluding companies directly invested in space exploration activities.
Analysts warn that ARK will not maintain its impressive run from the last year and the fund is already struggling given this year's pullback in growth stocks.

Ark Investment Management controls about $40 billion worth of ETF products, according to Bloomberg.
Ark is an excellent investment to consider because it had less than $3.5 billion in assets a year ago. So the growth has been positive.
Here are its top ETFs:
- ARK Genomic Revolution ETF: This ETF has risen by 208% in the past year. Some of the firms in this ETF are Pacific Biosciences and CRISPR.
- ARK Innovation ETF ARKK: With the growth of 169.9% in a year, this ETF has firms that use DNA, and other technologies in their work. Tesla is among its holdings.
- ARK Next Generation Internet ETF ARKW: This basket of stocks is up by 156.9% over the past year. Under this ETF, firms emphasize shared technologies. Roku and Tesla are in their top position.
- ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF ARKQ: This ETF has gone up by 119.4%. Tesla is also here.
- ARK Fintech Innovation ETF ARKF: With 47 stocks under it, this ETF has grown by 102.9%.

Cathie Wood's main strategy in today's market is to buy the dips. Her ETFs are ostensibly going bargain hunting and scooping up Coinbase, Tesla, and Square at a discount.

It has become apparent in 2021 that Cathie Wood's primary strategy is to home in on the market dips. This year, ARK ETFs have been adding to their positions in the major tech stocks, including Tesla Motors, Coinbase, Peloton, and Twitter. Although some of the ARK ETFs have reversed course from their all-time highs this year, these funds have been attempting to stage a rebound heading into the second half of 2021.
Here are three ETFs that Wall Street analysts are bullish on:
ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK)
- Closing price (05/25): $109.38
- YTD: -15.01%
- Yield: 1.69%
- Top holdings: Tesla, Teladoc, Roku, Square, and Shopify
ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF)
- Closing price (05/25): $49.06
- YTD: -3.67%
- Yield: 0.35%
- Top holdings: Square, Sea, Shopify, Zillow, and PayPal
ARK Space Exploration & Innovation ETF (ARKX)
- Closing price (05/25): $20.13
- YTD: -0.84%
- Yield: N/A
- Top holdings: Trimble, The 3D Printing ETF, Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, JD.com, and L3 Harris Technologies
Ark Investment Management is always high on bitcoin as the company reportedly purchased $20 million worth of bitcoin. Ultimately, Cathie Wood is bullish on tech, and investors should be prepared for Ark to buy any and all dips.
