Are TFSA and RESP good dividend stocks for retirement?

I don't have many years left in my career, as officers usually retire earlier than our peers. I'd like to have some good annual/quarterly income from dividends in addition to my pension. I already have a good portion of my portfolio in the TFSA. Do I max out on it, or should I diversify?

Some of the advantages of TFSAs are:
Tax free compounding
You can withdraw at any time
You can gift a spouse
RESPs are good if you’re looking to save for your children’s education and avoid that cost in retirement.
