What is the next step after buying my first call?

I just bought my first call. Now I don't know what my next step should be.

First, learn some ground rules, if you haven't. However, this what you do after you buy a call option;
- Sell the call option if the underlying stock tanks to cut your losses
- Take some profit if the option price rises, especially if it doubles.
- Sell a portion of your overall position and take partial profits if you have several options and the stocks increase significantly.
