Why can't I trade after hours?

Maybe I'm missing something but I can't seem to find a way to trade after hours. Is there a way that I can do this?

Will my stocks only move from Monday to Friday? Do the stock prices differ? Does it change from country to country?
I've heard that some people only trade after hours, but why is this? How is it different?
Is it possible to do something like this? That way, it would save time and prevent me from being up at ridiculous hours to catch the market and set the stop losses.
