Is there a signal app that will notify you when stock averages move?

Hi, y'all. I don't suppose there's an app that will notify you when averages move and which will be looking very favourable? I watched one penny currency net 6 dollars this morning. Another I had never heard of actually rose 1.2 dollars and would have netted a good amount for a small investment

One of the most popular apps for stocks is Robinhood. It will notify you when your stock averages move, although it charges a fee to use it. 
There's also Stock Watcher Free that can be downloaded, which monitors the market and notifies operators via email if any of their watch lists move by more than 5%. 
However, there are numerous other services that offer similar options as well. Just search in your favorite app store for "stock average watcher" or "stocks."
