Avatrade: What are the fees for opening a trading account?

Are there any hidden fees, deposit fees, commission fees, and anything extra that I should be aware of before opening a trading account with Avatrade?

There are several fees to opening a trading account with AvaTrade. This includes a $100 administration fee after one year of inactivity, a $50 fee after three months of account inactivity, and no volume discounts or guaranteed stop losses.
The client agreement and all other marketing materials mention withdrawal or closure costs, although the legal paperwork specifies fees for bank transfers and credit card payments.
Withdrawals may take anywhere from ten to 20 days to complete, depending on the bank. Islamic accounts are available; however, they will have higher spreads.
